Gigo Cancellation Policy


The Gigo Clean Technology, Inc. (“GIGO”) cancellation policy for cleaning and Maid Services is set forth below:

1) Users may cancel their scheduled Cleaning Service appointments via the GIGO app, which can be found on
the User’s Account, at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • (a) If a User cancels the service up to twenty-four (24) hours before a scheduled Cleaning Service appointment, there is no cancellation fee.

  • (b) If a User cancels the service within twenty-four (24) hours of a scheduled Cleaning of Maid Service appointment, the User will be charged a minimum of $70 cancellation fee.

2) This cancellation policy applies to all Professional Cleaning and Maid Service bookings including one-time or recurring Professional Cleaning and Maid Service bookings.

Stated below is GIGO CLEAN TECHNOLOGY, INC’s (“GIGO”) Privacy Policy. Your signature below acknowledges your receipt of notice and app consent to this policy

1) GIGO, represents that GIGO will undertake to ensure that all user data submitted to the GIGO application and/or GIGO Website is encrypted and protected as required by data privacy laws and regulations.

2) The GIGO privacy policy applies to all data provided in the GIGO application and all data provided with regard to related services, referred to as “OUR SERVICES”.


3) When you visit the GIGO website or the GIGO app and utilize GIGO services, you may provide GIGO with certain personal identifiable information including, but not limited to your: first name, last name, email address, phone number, address, credit card numbers, and your GIGO CLEAN APP password. We identify this information you provide as the USERS or Supplier’s “Personal Information.”

4) GIGO does not collect any Personal Information from visitors to the GIGO Website, unless the visitor voluntarily provides GIGO with Personal Information (for example, by registering for an account).

5) GIGO may automatically collect other types of non-personally identifiable information when one visits the GIGO Website and uses the GIGO services, including your network location, your IP address, and the locations you visit on the Website.


6) The GIGO Website may use “COOKIES” technology to assist GIGO collect other non-personally identifiable information and to enhance your experience using the GIGO Website or GIGO APP. Cookies are limited elements of data that identify your computer to the website computer will “remember” information about your visit to the GIGO website.

7) As well, the GIGO Website may use web beacons, commonly known as bots, to access cookies within and outside GIGO’s network in connection with GIGO’s Services.

8) If you do not wish the GIGO Website to place cookies on your hard drive, you may be able to preclude cookies on your computer. Please consult your internet browser’s documentation for information on how to decline application of cookies.

9) However, if you decide not to accept cookies from the GIGO Website, the Website may not function properly.


10) GIGO uses the Personal Information and other information: (a) to provide you the GIGO services; (b) to send you information about GIGO CLEAN TECHNOLOGY; (c) to customize and tailor your experience on the Website or APP, and (d) to provide you with content that GIGO believes that might be of interest according to your preferences. GIGO may also use your contact information to provide a customer survey to assess your satisfaction with GIGO’s Services.

11) GIGO ensures to use its best efforts to provide data protection, and GIGO will not share a user’s data with any third party outside the GIGO organization and will only collect the data necessary for the functioning of the GIGO application with the user’s consent.


12) GIGO may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on GIGO’s behalf in connection with the services provided: Examples may include marketing assistance and customer service. These other companies and individuals will have access to the aggregate Personal Information only as necessary to perform their functions and to the extent permitted by law. GIGO will insure that third parties and companies enter into a confidentiality agreement restricting their use if GIGO personal information.

13) To better understand our customers, GIGO may aggregate Personal Information that is provided through the Website or APP. In aggregate form, this Personal Information will not identify any USER personally. GIGO may share its aggregate data (which may, for example identify the total number of users for a period of time), with GIGO’s business affiliates and/or agents. GIGO may also disclose aggregated user statistics to describe the Services to current and prospective business affiliates, customers, investors, and third parties for other lawful purposes.

14) To the extent permitted by law, GIGO may also disclose Personal Information when required by court order, or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency, or whenever we believe that disclosing the Personal Information is necessary or advisable, for example, to protect the rights, property, or safety of GIGO users.


15) You will have the right to access, remove, review, and/or make changes to the Personal Information you HAVE provided by emailing GIGO at [email protected] identifying the modification of deletion you wish GIGO to make.

16) In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any GIGO marketing emails.

17) We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests promptly. However, you should be aware that it is not always possible to remove or modify information in our subscription databases, and we may be required by law or by contractual obligations to retain certain Personal Information.

18) You cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to your account with GIGO.


19) If you choose to post User Generated Content on the GIGO Website, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information included with your User Generated Content can be read, collected, or used by other users and could be used to send to you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to post.


20) GIGO strives to maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

21) GIGO uses industry-standard SSL (“Secure Socket Layer”) encryption technology, a secure server, and other physical and procedural safeguards to protect the security of such information.

22) However, no security system is impenetrable. For example, GIGO cannot guarantee the security of GIGO’s databases nor that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from GIGO over the Internet.

23) If you have questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us as described in the “How to Contact Us” application. We will investigate your question, respond to your inquiry, and attempt to resolve any concerns regarding your privacy question.

24) If you do not receive acknowledgment of your inquiry or if GIGO does not satisfactorily address the issues you present, you should contact GIGO at: [email protected]


25) This Privacy Policy is effective as the “Last Updated” date stated at the top of the Privacy Policy.

26) This Privacy Policy may be amended by GIGO in its sole discretion from time to time without notice to you by posting a revised Privacy Policy on the Website.

27) By accessing the GIGO Website or APP, providing GIGO with Personal Information, and/or using any of the GIGO Services available through the Website after such posting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the Privacy Policy.

28) If you do not agree to the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website or APP, do not provide GIGO with any Personal Information or use any of the Services available through the Website after such posting. Please refer back to this Privacy Policy regularly.

The following are the Terms and Conditions Agreement for the use of the GIGO Clean technology, Inc. (GIGO) Application. The USER executing below agrees to the GIGO Terms and Conditions which will govern the relationship between GIGO and the USER.

1) The GIGO Platform (“GIGO PLATFORM”) is a communications platform for enabling users (“USER”) seeking to obtain cleaning services with individuals and entities seeking to provide cleaning services (“CLEANERS”).

2) The GIGO PLATFORM provides the USER access to CLEANERS who have agreed to provide their services under the GIGO PLATFORM.

3) As a USER of the GIGO PLATFORM I acknowledge that:

  • (a) I am at least 18 years old;
  • (b) I am authorized to request cleaning service for the address provided in this order on the GIGO PLATFORM for my personal use (or for the use of another person, a company or other organization that I represent. I further represent that I have authority as an agent of the third party).
  • (c) I understand that I may use the GIGO PLATFORM to request cleaning and/or maid services solely with respect to a location where I am legally authorized to have cleaning services performed.
  • (d) I agree to select CLEANERS on the listing of cleaning vendors identified on the GIGO PLATFORM.
  • (e) I acknowledge that GIGO is a technology company, and I agree that GIGO is not liable for any acts relating to services provided by CLEANERS.
  • (f) I hold a valid credit card and authorize GIGO to charge my credit card for the order of the requested cleaning services.
  • (g) I represent that all the information that I have provided in my application and order on the User Login is correct and accurate.
  • (h) I agree that the GIGO application requires and I am obligated for a minimum of two hours of service or $70.00 per order.
  • (i) I am aware and agree to the terms of the GIGO cancellation policy.
4) I expressly consent and agree to accept and receive communications including text (SMS) messages, calls, push notifications at any of my contact numbers or addresses, even if I am listed on any federal, state, provincial or other applicable “Do Not Call” list, in order that GIGO may provide the services set forth on the GIGO PLATFORM, to fulfill services I have requested.

5) I agree to reasonably address matters pertaining to my account, including but not limited to notification of, or confirming appointments that I have scheduled, or for other purposes reasonably related to my service request.

6) I allow and request that GIGO, under the use of its PLATFORM match my request for services with a service provider in my area, based upon the information that I have provided.

7) I acknowledge that GIGO does not guarantee at all times that GIGO will be able to fulfill my service requests with a Service Provider that is either capable or willing to complete my service requirements.

8) I agree that GIGO may send to me confirmation and other transactional emails regarding cleaning service. I agree that GIGO and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent-companies may also send me emails concerning other services that GIGO believes may interest me (“Promotional Emails”). I acknowledge that I can unsubscribe from Promotional Emails at any time by clicking unsubscribe in the email communications or by contacting GIGO.

9) I recognize that the cleaning services is agreed to between a USER and a CLEANER using the GIGO PLATFORM, performed by the CLEANER hired by the USER, and paid for in full through the GIGO PLATFORM.


10) With regard to the cleaning services provider, I agree to identify fragile and other breakable items and communicate the location and identity of those items to the service provider (CLEANER), prior to the commencement of the service.

11) I agree that it is my responsibility to account for and secure all valuables prior to the commencement of the cleaning services requested.

12) I acknowledge that USERS of the GIGO PLATFORM contract for professional cleaning services directly with (CLEANERS). The GIGO PLATFORM facilitates the hiring cleaning services and facilitate payment for certain cleaning services, by supplying a medium through which USERS can connect with CLEANERS directly and schedule cleaning services.


13) What follows are the limitations of GIGO’s liability with regard to the use of the GIGO PLATFORM.

  • (a) Should I, as the USER have any claim arising out of the use of a cleaner obtained on the GIGO PLATFORM, I agree to report any claim related to cleaning services provided to me within seventy-two (72) hours of the service provided.

  • (b) After the initial timely report, GIGO will provide to the USER a Claim Form which USER will complete in full within five (5) business days of the receipt of the Claim Form.

  • (c) If USER does not fully complete the Claim Form in its entirety five (5) business days of receipt, the USER’s claim will no longer be eligible under the GIGO Satisfaction Program.

  • (d) All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • (e) During GIGO’s claims assessment process you maybe required to provide written detailed: (1) proof of ownership of damaged/missing item(s); (2) proof of value of damaged/missing item(s); and (3) proof of damage or loss. If such information is requested, you will have thirty (30) days from the date of the request to provide GIGO the information requested.

  • (f) If you fail to provide the information requested within the thirty (30) days’ time and/or fail to contact GIGO to arrange for an extension of time, your claim will be considered closed and no longer eligible for the GIGO SATISFACTION PROGRAM.

  • (g) You also agree to (a) protect and preserve any damaged property that is the basis of a claim from further damage;

  • (b) assist and allow GIGO or its insurers access to inspect and make copies, photographs and recordings of anything relating to the claim; (c) accept repairs and/or remediation by a professional; (d) accept a replacement only if repairs are proven not to be an option; (g) submit requested materials by the dates outlined by the GIGO claim resolutions team; and (f)accept a replacement item subject to the standard depreciation of that item.

  • (h) If any part of your claim is approved, then as a condition of any payment to you under the GIGO SATISFACTION PROGRAM, you will be required to execute and deliver to GIGO a release agreement the release agreement within seven (7) days of receipt of and assign GIGO or its insurer any rights and remedies you may have to recover amounts paid to you with respect to an approved claim from any party that is financially responsible and any rights in anyproperty that is recovered.

  • (i) The release agreement shall be rescinded and considered null and void if not signed and returned to GIGO within seven (7) days of receipt and IN THAT CIRCUMSTANCE the claim shall not be eligible for the GIGO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION PROGRAM.

  • (j) The parties agree that the exclusive venue for any legal action against GIGO Clean technology must be filed in and heard in the State California, County of Orange.

  • (k) Other that what is set forth above, user acknowledges that GIGO is free from any claims or liability due to use, misuse, or inability to use the GIGO Clean Technology, inc. Platform.
14) This user terms and conditions agreement is a complete and full statement between the user and GIGO and there are no other terms and between the parties not stated in this agreement.
